By making a donation to Bhakti Marga Latvijas draudze, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions. A donation is a voluntary, non-refundable gift and does not constitute any form of compensation for goods or services. Your donation will be processed, in Euros (€), by a third party, payment service provider, STRIPE, in accordance with the respective terms of use, payment conditions and privacy policy. The Donation will be used to finance the regular activity of Bhakti Marga Latvijas draudze, as well as for specific programs that will be published on the respective website and through other means and/or information channels.
Bhakti Marga Latvijas draudze is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of income or profits or other incidental or consequential damages, even if informed of such possibility, by virtue of any act or omission, under the terms of these terms and conditions.
The acceptance of any contribution, donation, gift or subsidy is at the discretion of Bhakti Marga Latvia draudze. Bhakti Marga Latvia draudze will not accept any type of donation unless it can be used or spent in a way that is consistent with the mission of Bhakti Marga Latvijas draudze. No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.
Bhakti Marga Latvia will refrain from providing advice on donations or donations, encouraging donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisors to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The Bhakti Marga Latvia draudze will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the Bhakti Marga Latvia draudze. Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Bhakti Marga Latvia draudze.
