The relationship between a disciple and his Guru is eternal and is based on trust, respect and devotion to his teachings. By surrendering to the guidance of a guru, the devotee moves towards self-discovery and deepens his connection with the divine. Through sadhana and unwavering devotion to the Guru, the devotee can realise the ultimate goal of life. Guruji’s light shines brightly, guiding our hearts towards enlightenment and eternal grace.

“The aim of the bhakta is to attain the grace of the guru, guru-kripa. With guru-kripa, one is elevated and obtains all gifts, all accomplishments, all wealth, and even liberation. ” – Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

We show our gratitude to our beloved Gurudev with a sacred ceremony that includes an abhiskekam and an offering of flowers. Offering flowers, fruit or incense at the Gurudev’s feet symbolises humility and devotion. The colourful celebrations also include joyful bhajans, dancing and delicious food.
